Congress’ performance space has been developed by our in-house acoustician to provide top-notch room sound. With a fully analog set-up, we can host musicians of any genre, assuring that you will sound incredible. Live off-the-floor recordings of your performance are available for $150.00 As the artist, you set the door price (usually between $5-20, most are $10) and take 100% of the cash door. With the table/chair configuration we usually have we hold 28 but we can increase to 40 if we have rows of seats at the front or by removing tables to create a standing/dancing space in front of the stage. Usually the programming begins at 8pm with either two sets from one artist or a double bill with opener playing 45 min and headliner playing 1 hr. We prefer our shows to be over by 10 pm. We have a screen and projector if you have any visuals, and we have a sound tech for full stage support. We do not have a backline, so you will need to bring a kit, amps. Etc. We have a great selection of vintage and modern mics and lots of DIs. We ask that you send your stage plot/tech rider a week before the show. We consider ourselves community-driven programming, meaning that we will promote the show (add to our calendar, include on socials, etc) but the best success will be if you, as the artist, encourage your community to come out to the show.
