2. About Blue Willow

Blue Willow provides an online platform for the live entertainment community, which may include:

• Marketing and promotion.

Blue Willow provides the platform that connects artists and venues; the live performances themselves are arranged between the parties involved.

3. User accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential; and
• Maintain the security of your account and accept responsibility for activity under it.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Artist & venue profiles

You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and current. Blue Willow may remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or that violates these Terms.

5. Booking services

Bookings made through the platform remain subject to:

• Availability;
• Venue approval;
• Artist approval; and
• Any separate booking agreements between the parties, where applicable.

6. Payments, fees & subscriptions

• Payments, subscriptions, ticket sales, and tips are handled through a third-party payment processor.
• Applicable platform fees, commissions, and taxes may apply to transactions and will be disclosed where relevant.
• Paid artist memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, in accordance with the plan you select. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds, where offered, are handled in accordance with the applicable event, ticketing, or subscription terms.

7. Intellectual property

Blue Willow owns or licenses the website, platform, branding, logos, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the music and original content you submit, and you grant Blue Willow a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that material as needed to provide and promote our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to engage in:

• Fraud or misrepresentation;
• Spam or unsolicited communications;
• Harassment or abusive behaviour;
• Posting false or misleading information;
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Scraping or automated data collection; or
• Copyright or other intellectual property infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

The website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Willow is not liable for service interruptions, outages, or the acts, omissions, or failures of third parties, including artists, venues, and third-party service providers.
